Registration Procedure
Walk-in registration begins October 2, 2009 at the Student Administrative Services Center, located on the second floor of the Beatrice Fox Auerbach Computer and Administration Center. The Student Administrative Services Center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday. Please go to the Winterterm 2010 Web site for holiday hours and registering online. If more convenient, you may register by mail or fax at 860.768.4593 before December 14, 2009. After this date, you must register in person at the Student Administrative Services Center.
When you receive the copy of your processed registration form, you will also receive the Deadlines for Course Decisions dates (P/NP, Drop/Add, Audit/Credit, and Withdrawal).
Registration forms must be received at least two weeks prior to the date of the student's first class in order to receive confirmation. Registrations forms that are received after this time will not receive confirmation in the mail. Please check the starting date of each class carefully before submitting this form.
Registration is contingent on final approval from academic department. Non-matriculated Barney graduate students must have prior approval from Barney Graduate Director, 860.788.4900, before registering for classes.
University of Hartford students need to register at the Self-Service Center. Non-University of Hartford students register using the form below.
