University Grants

These grants ranging up to full tuition are awarded to students (US citizens or permanent residents) who submit the FAFSA and demonstrate financial need.

University Grant Guidelines:
  • Students must maintain satisfactory academic progress as defined by the school or college in which they are enrolled.

  • These funds may be combined with other financial aid programs in developing the student's financial aid package.

  • Amounts may vary each year based on the student's demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds.

The University of Hartford administers all federal student financial assistance programs. If you are a citizen or a permanent resident of the United States, you are eligible for consideration. To be considered for federal financial aid, you must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The amount of financial aid you are eligible to receive is based on your demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds.
