to the University of Hartford!

We are very pleased to welcome you to the University of Hartford community and particularly pleased that you have chosen to complete this online orientation. By becoming familiar with the University and its many programs, procedures and policies, you are taking a very important step towards the successful realization of your academic goals.

NOTE: You will find it very helpful to have both the Schedule of Classes (or Course Catalog) and an Undergraduate Bulletin available to you as you progress through this orientation. Both publications are available online at http://www.hartford.edu/academics. You can find the Undergraduate Bulletin under Programs of Study and the Course Catalog under Other Academic Pages. You can also get printed copies of these books at the Dean's Office in your school or college, the Center for Graduate and Adult Academic Services on the 2 nd Floor of the Computer Center, or the Student Administrative Service Center (SASC), for location and hours check http://uhaweb.hartford.edu/SASC/.

This orientation is divided into five categories of basic information. You can leave the Orientation at any point and resume it at a later time if that becomes necessary. The five Orientation categories are:

We hope that upon completion of this Orientation, you will have all the information you need to become an active and successful member of the University of Hartford community.
