Student Guided Tours
The University of Hartford welcomes visits from prospective students and families throughout the year. Student guided tours are conducted three times daily on weekdays during the academic year and twice on most Saturdays. Prospective students may also stay overnight in the residence halls and attend classes as part of our overnight host program. You may also "visit" the campus without leaving home.
The overnight host program is a great opportunity to show prospective students the academic and social atmosphere of the University of Hartford! As an overnight guest, you will be able to visit a class, take a tour of campus, eat in the university dining facilities, and meet current students.
The Shadow Program is your opportunity to spend a day on-campus with a current student. During your visit, you will attend a class, and eat lunch with your host student. Shadows are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from Thursday, February 16th until Thursday, April 27th. Participants must be accepted students. Please schedule your visit at least two weeks in advance. You can register for the Shadow Program by contacting the Office of Admission at (800) 947-4303 or by clicking here.
