Admission Interviews

The Office of Admission and Student Financial Assistance is open Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Admission interviews may be scheduled at 9:30am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, or 3:00pm. These informational interviews provide an opportunity for students and parents to speak with an admission counselor regarding admission requirements, academic programs, student life, etc. Our counselors are also able to answer any financial assistance questions you may have. Interviews are strongly encouraged but are not a required part of the admissions process. Many prospective students also schedule a student-guided tour while visiting the campus for an interview. To schedule an interview call the admission office at (800) 947-4303 or (860) 768-4296 .
Overnight Host Program

The overnight program is a great opportunity to show prospective students the academic and social atmosphere of the University of Hartford. As an overnight guest, you will be able to visit a class, take a tour of campus, eat in the university dining facilities, and meet current students. Overnights are held Monday through Thursday nights, and students generally arrive at 6pm and stay until about noon the following day. Currently, due to the popularity of the program, there are no more available spots for Spring 2008. Please check back to our admission website for more visiting opportunities. For Fall 2009 applicants, we will begin hosting students starting in October.
